Returns & Exchanges
Before you return your Aurika product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made and our return policy.
Most of our products are handcrafted by traditional craftsmen and each product can differ slightly from piece to piece and from the product imagery on the website. There can also be slight variation in the color of the stones.
All our products go through stringent quality control before being shipped and we take every effort to ensure that the order is shipped in a safe and timely manner. Please reach out to our customer care to resolve any issues before you initiate the return/exchange.
- No returns or exchanges for products sold during Sale. Nose Pins and septum cannot be exchanged.
- We accept returns on our product within 2 days on receiving your order. Email us the same on orders@aurika.in. The product can only be exchanged with any of our other products on the website.
- All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original packaging intact with the original invoice, and should not be broken or tampered with.
- We offer exchanges only on Gold Plated collection.
- THE RETURN WILL BE REJECTED IF ANY OF THE PRODUCT TAGS ARE REMOVED/ALTERED.
- Our old silver jewellery can be exchanged for 30% of the Invoice value excluding the GST. This is applicable only for the Gold Plated Collection.
- If you believe that the packaging is tampered or damaged, before accepting delivery of good, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our help desk +91- 8494925925 or email us at orders@aurika.in, mentioning your order reference number. We shall try our best to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are applicable only for products received in damaged condition while opening. Refunds will be made directly to the payment method used to checkout within 10 working days post receiving the product and verification of the same. Please include the photographs of the product along with the original product tags and packaging. Our team will evaluate your return request and once approved, expect an email with instructions on how to return the product.
A refund shall not be processed if a) incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, b) there are 2 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency c) the package is refused by the recipient.
We do not have Returns or Exchanges for International orders currently.
