Warranty Information

Aurika jewellery carries a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, under normal-use conditions.

Covered:

• Plating on the jewellery
• Stone setting

Not covered:

• Breakage from mishandling
• Damage from water or chemical exposure

Claims process: Contact us at orders@aurika.in with your order details, a description of the fault, and photos. We respond within 48 hours.

You can exchange gold-plated silver jewellery at any time for up to 50% of the original invoice value (excluding GST). The new purchase must equal or exceed the previous invoice value.

Requirements:

• Original invoice must be presented
• Jewellery in its original condition
• No non-repairable damage
• Exchange only — not cash refunds
• Available exclusively in-store
• Customised pieces are subject to Aurika team approval
