The story

Linked crescents of red kundan climb the parting, pearl clusters hanging from each, until they reach a crescent and flower head at the top of the forehead. Gold plated 925 silver behind the stones.

It fixes with a hook into the hair. The line of crescents does quietly what a heavy tika does loudly.
