The story

Seven uncut stones make the flower, six petalled around a larger seventh, each one set with the gold pushed up around it. Behind them the ground is red meenakari, fired glassy and flush inside its gold walls, with six dark green leaves and a fine white line drawn along the upper ones. Gold vine scrolls close the disc top and bottom.

Red like this belongs to Diwali, and to the wedding days either side of it. Shown on a snake chain; the loop at the top will take any chain or dori you already wear. Gold plated over 925 sterling silver, about 4.4 cm long.
