The story

Held together only at the end caps, the four fine chains sit apart across the collarbone and move separately, and small faceted white balls are threaded along them at scattered intervals so the light never lands in a straight line.

Fourteen inches puts it high on the neck like a collar, and the long flat extender lets it out from there to a lobster clasp at the back. Gold over 925 silver, machine made in the Italian way, with no stone and no motif anywhere on it.
