The story

A damaru is the small drum Shiva carries. This one is waisted at the middle in polished 925 sterling silver, with a strap loop over the top.

Above the drum sits a hoop for a neckchain, so the charm is worn as a pendant once Raksha Bandhan has passed. Twisted silk in red or marigold yellow, a tassel at either end.
