The story

There is a necklace in every family that gets asked about at weddings, and this one is built for the question. Nakaashi peacock links in 925 silver under antique gold, a floral kundan medallion at the centre, a crescent drop hanging below it with pearl clusters and green beads.

It ties at the nape on its back rope and sits short, at the collarbone, where a heavy silk blouse leaves room for nothing else. The peacocks carry it.
