The story

Rising rows of pink kundan build the crescent, a white band beneath, green touches at the edge, and a peacock head watching from the curve. Gold plated 925 silver at the back where nobody checks.

A single hook takes the chain and the double hook is made for tying beads, so it belongs on the necklace you restring every few years. Crescents like this are made to be re-strung and worn again.
