The story

Krishna as Bal Gopal, seated with a ball of butter in his hand, under an arch of pink and white kundan with a hamsa on either side.

The base carries a dense double fringe, carved green melon beads over freshwater pearls, set close so it moves as one edge. Side hook at the back, antique gold worked over 925 sterling silver. The fringe is what you notice first, not the arch.
