The story

Everything on this one happens in a single station. An open ring pave set with two dozen small round CZ, and floating in the middle of it a raised cluster head, six stones around one, held up on prongs so the light gets underneath.

Gold plated 925 sterling silver on a fine box link chain, seven and a half inches, closing on a spring ring, with a short extender chain at the other end so it hooks in wherever the wrist needs it. It comes out of the courier envelope and onto the arm the same morning.
