The story

At the centre the mango motifs open into a large flower with gold balls hanging beneath, and from there they graduate down towards the clasp, smallest at the ends.

Almost all of it is gold: peacocks worked into the links, stones only at the joins. Long enough to fall well below a short necklace, and weighted accordingly. Hook and eye at the back, in antique gold over 925 silver.
