The story

It goes on sideways, over the flat of the wrist, and springs back. The band is plain round wire, roughly 2 mm through, and the circle simply stops short, leaving a clear gap between the two ends.

The design is all at those two ends. Each is a heart shaped setting holding one large heart cut CZ in four gold claws, ringed by about twenty small round CZ, and the two face each other across the opening. Bright gold over 925 sterling silver, slim enough to sit under a sleeve or beside a watch.
