The story

Rangoli-round and ringed the same way: concentric circles of red kundan around white kundan flowers, carved green pumpkin beads and pearls fringing the bottom, the whole medallion built on 925 silver.

Hook it to a chain, or use the double hook and tie it on beads. It centres a plain kurta the way a bindi centres a face.
