The story

At every joint there is a small notch. Short flat bars, pinched at the waist and joined end to end, so the run reads as a segmented ribbon instead of a row of loops.

Twenty two inches of it in gold plated 925 sterling silver, roughly 1.1 mm and lying flush against the skin rather than standing off it. A round spring ring closes it, the thumb tab sitting proud on the outer edge where a nail finds it. At this length it clears a high neckline and carries a pendant well.
