The story

Halfway along, the chain changes material. Fine box link at the two ends, then a stretch of small polished gold balls between the stations, so the bracelet reads differently along its length instead of repeating one link the whole way.

Three stations, graduated: a step cut rectangular CZ at the centre in a cushion frame with a full pave halo and a fine beaded rim, and a marquise cut CZ either side in its own pave surround. Gold plated 925 sterling silver, seven and a half inches, spring ring and an extender chain. It gets its wear October to February, when there is a reception most weekends.
