The story

At the crown of the arch is a kirtimukha, the lion face over the doorway. Below it Lakshmi sits on her lotus with a parrot at each shoulder.

Mint green beads and small freshwater pearls hang from the base and move as the wearer does. 925 sterling silver beneath the antique gold, hung from a side hook. The pale green keeps it off the heavy silks and on the cottons.
