One-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering the plating and the stone setting under normal wear. Breakage from mishandling, and damage from water or chemicals, are not covered.
Lifetime in-store buyback and exchange — up to 50% of the original invoice value, excluding GST, against a piece of equal or greater value.
Store each piece separately in the pouch or box provided, away from moisture.
Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, water and harsh chemicals.
Put your jewellery on last while dressing, and take it off first.
After wear, wipe gently with a soft dry cloth. Complimentary polishing for one full year keeps it looking new.
